We deliver orders to Sweden, Germany, Denmark, and Finland.

For orders within Sweden, a shipping fee of 50 SEK applies for purchases under 900 SEK. Free shipping is available for orders over 900 SEK.

For orders to Germany, Denmark, and Finland, a shipping fee of 12 EUR applies for purchases under 200 EUR. Free shipping is available for orders over 200 EUR.

The delivery time is 2–4 business days.

If a delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible. If possible, we will also provide information about the reason for the delay and a new estimated delivery time.

In case of a delivery delay, you may in some cases have the right to claim remedies under applicable consumer law, such as canceling the purchase.

When your package has been shipped, you will receive information from the carrier via SMS or email.

Packages delivered to a pickup point are normally held for 7 days from notification. After that, the package is returned to us.

If you do not collect your package from the pickup point and it is returned to us, a handling fee of 195 SEK will be charged. For uncollected packages to Germany, Denmark, and Finland, we reserve the right to charge 20 EUR for return shipping and handling.
